You Are Doing Great
September 1, 2026 – Megan Lawrence
A little page to keep in your back pocket. Support, helplines and places to turn when you or someone you love needs a hand.
If you found your way here from one of our orders, hi. ♡
The little “You Are Doing Great” sticker wasn't put in your parcel because we think a sticker can fix a bad day.
It was simply a reminder.
Sometimes you're doing better than you think. Sometimes things are heavy. Sometimes someone you love isn't doing okay. And sometimes you don't quite know where to start looking for help.
So we wanted to create one easy place with some of the incredible support services available across Australia.
Save this page. Send it to someone. Come back to it whenever you need it.

Maybe you don't know what you need
That's okay too.
You don't have to wait until things are at their absolute worst before you talk to someone.
You can call because you've had a horrible week. Because you're overwhelmed. Because you're worried about a friend. Because something doesn't quite feel right. Or because you just need another human on the other end of the phone.
If you're not sure where to begin, Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636 are two good places to start.
And if calling feels like too much, some of the services above also offer text or webchat.
And one more thing
Whatever brought you to this page:
You are doing great. Not because everything has to be great.
Not because you need to have it all figured out.
Just because sometimes getting through the day, asking for help, checking in on a mate, trying again tomorrow or admitting that things are a bit shit is enough.
Look after yourself.
Look after your people. ♡
