SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it before placing your order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer both $5 and flat-rate shipping across Australia as well as a Pick Up option.

• $5 Standard Shipping: Orders over $200 (via Australia Post)
• Flat Rate: $13 for orders under $200 (via Australia Post)
• Pick Up: Free Collection from our warehouse in New Gisborne, 3438

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier delays.

All Pick up orders are ready within 1-2 business days. When you receive your collection email please respond with a time and date between 9am-1pm weekdays to collect.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to:

• United Kingdom
• New Zealand

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
